TIF converter FAQ
Is TIF the same as TIFF?
Yes. TIF is the shorter name for the TIFF image format. QuickPix uses the same TIFF encoder for TIF and TIFF output.
Is the TIF converter free?
TIF export is available on Pro and Max plans. Free users can convert to JPG, PNG, WebP, and GIF.
Are uploaded files private?
QuickPix stores uploaded files only to provide image processing. Free and anonymous files expire after 24 hours; paid plan files use longer retention.
Can I import an image from a URL?
Yes. Format converter pages can import public HTTP or HTTPS image URLs. Private network URLs and URLs with embedded credentials are blocked for security.
Does the converter work on mobile?
Yes. You can upload, paste, or import supported images from a mobile browser. The upload panel shows the current file size limit for your plan.
Will QuickPix add a watermark?
No. Format conversion does not add a watermark to your downloaded image.
